A Hawaiian Christmas

Beautiful downtown Los Angeles with the mountains in the background - we heart LA!

First Baptist LA was the location this year for our annual "Pastor/Spouse Christmas Celebration" and the theme was "A Hawaiian Christmas."

Angelica and Jennifer joined us for dinner and then jumped on the subway to head over to Hollywood so they could watch the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Hollywood and Highland and see David Archuleta sing.

Meanwhile, back at the banquet we were entertained by hula praise dancers and a children's choir.

I experimented with the "old fashioned picture look" on my camera and later a few pastors and spouses learned how to hula dance. = - )

We ended the evening with Silent Night and candles.
