Summer Arts Academy

We just finished day 3 and have 2 more days to go. This is year 2 of the Summer Arts Academy that our church sponsors. I'm helping with registration and Matthew is a camper.

Every morning our camp begins with chapel.

Lots of fun games.

The object of this game was to get the most cheetos to stick to the shaving cream.

Some of the class options: recording or photography (this is one of the classes Matthew is taking).

The most popular class is animation so the leaders made it an all day workshop. First the kids create a clay picture as a team.

The kids work together to create their movie by moving the clay pieces a little at a time while taking pictures and pretty soon they have created a movie. Fun!
